Warband shared XP

Atm i find myself hopping between warbands trying to get a good party. If im left healing WEs and tanks i leave and do scens or switch factions. Most people who can get a hold of WB lead fill their party up with sorcs and aoe. I have no problem with party shared in scens but it just kills oRvR for me. I think this change should be reverted to the way it was on Live.
