Strange Questions - about (armor,block,others)

1).
Does AMOR cap.soft-hard even exist? - because no much i trying to add armor on my chars i never saw its numbers to go in orange zone - so for 31 lvl (as lvl cap) :
2800 armor = 82% Physical Damage Reduction
3300 armor = 98% Physical Damage Reduction
3600 armor = 107% Physical Damage Reduction
Gosh 107% and its even without talismans - i am sure i can get to 115%+ (talismans+purple 31 lvl gear)
So if 300 Physical Damage was dealt to me . it should be mitigated as 300-107% = 0 or 1 ??). (and its without even toughness)
"Suggestion" - Can we make CAP. for (Physical Damage Reduction) in 99% so -no matter how much armor you gather
will have you cant exceed the limit beyond of 99% (Physical Damage Reduction).
2).
I wonna ask how works tactics or skills that "your attack have a 10% reduced chance to be defended against" or
similar abilities - so how exactly they work :
a) -10%block -10%parry -10%dodge -10% disrupt (for required skill- or time of debuff)
or
b) (block+parry+dodge+disrupt) -10% .
3).
What if "UNDEFENDABLE" attack of Chosen (Rending Blade) meets with 100% block Iron Breaker (Oathstone) -what will happen?
(for me it was `block` -but who knows how it supposed to work)
4).
Its bugg of my "UI" only ? when i see on DOOR\target (15 exactly the SAME debuffs -from 5 KOBtS or Chosens)
ITs gettin worse if WBs or zerg have more than 5 of them...
Didnt it supposed to shows only "Stronger" aura debuff - or all of 15 same debuffs works tougether?
