Combat/Careers

Shadow Warrior

- Enchanted Arrows now causes Festering Arrow and Flame Arrow to ignore 50% of the target's resistances instead of bypassing them completely.

Engineer

- The cooldown of Snipe has been reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
- The duration of Land Mine's stagger has been increased from 3 seconds to 5 seconds.

Magus

- The cooldown of Bolt of Change has been reduced from 10 seconds to 5 seconds.
- The duration of Daemonic Infestation's stagger has been increased from 3 seconds to 5 seconds.

All changes subject to review.

- Flèches enchantées permet maintenant à Flèche suppurante et Flèche Enflammée d'ignorer 50% des résistances de la cible au lieu de les ignorer totalement.

Ingénieur

- Le temps de recharge de Snipe a été réduit de 10 secondes à 5 secondes.
- La durée du déplacement de mines terrestres a été augmenté de 3 à 5 secondes.

Finally we will have some heal debuffs on order now :^)

Also it is nice to see some of these minor balance changes before t4, would be nice to see a patch like this every month or so that brings some of the most requested/discussed minor balance changes into the game. Maybe even have a thread reviewing the last set of changes with the community before a new one comes out.

The only problem I have with this patch is that enchanted arrows was changed to something I think no one will ever use now. I know something had to be done about festering arrow, because getting 1 shot isn't exactly exciting or fun. But maybe the tactic could be reworked into something totally new, maybe some kind of utility thing that is useful in certain comps.

For this build I think 50% might be a touch overkill with the resists you get from DEV gear. Definitely needed changing though.
