LF Guild - Casual - German or English - Pref. Europe

Hello dear community,
I have got a rank 31 (soon 32 hopefully) Choppa class and I am actively searching for a friendly, relaxed and casual guild. The stress is on casual because I talked with some recruiters and they expect the player to be online almost on a daily basis.
I can easily manage that over the winter break but when the semester starts again after the break I will have got university work to do and to be honest I don't want to forfeit my real/social life right now by filling it with WAR. That may result in only 2-3 days or very few hours that I can manage to be online.
I prefer a RvR oriented guild since I spent a lot of my younger days in DAoC and learned to love RvR.
