Grace is fun to play, but can't be competitive vs Full Heal Spec.
The scenario was about farming vs tank and mdps. What about if they have a lot of Sorc ?
I was in your group, and you do a really good job, because, I prefer a great player who know is toon, than a fake heal/afk/nobrain. When I see you pop as "dps or grace", on ts i've say to my team mate to play "close" and take the assist train (i change M1 to shield) to profit of your "pbaoe" heal.

Anyway you overheal my stat heal, for the very reason than you can hit all the time, and you heal with "zone" and not "group".
Instead, Full heal spec i have to "reload" fury.

But you can't compete vs another good WP heal or vs another good RP/AM heal

Did I ever say that Grace was better than Salv or that it was ultra competitive? Apparently to most of you you're either the best and thus "viable" or you're garbage. I know full well that salv has the advantage of being a steady stream of healing that isn't putting itself at risk out in front of the warband. I also acknowledge that grace can get shut down or hindered by a number of different things from kiting to confusing movements or guard. But it's still very capable of healing quite a lot if you aren't in some doomed-to-fail group without a single tank vs an organized melee train.

On live my first character was a witch hunter. I could have gone the same route and been pretty much useless, but I chose WP first to at least help out the typical lack of healing just about any online game has. Then when a bunch of derps overextend or our front line gets crushed because we have no tanks, they blame the WP with the 2 hander. It's sickening, and frankly indicative of the sort of community I want nothing to do with. I would find it a colossal disappointment to see a dead game resurrected by devoted developers who want to make a fun game only to have it become a toxic cesspit of elitists that can't comprehend someone playing something because it's fun rather than something that's more effective but boring.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. I've got a knight I'm leveling up slowly but surely. If I spot ya in a scenario I'll be sure to keep an eye out for you.

Personal Opinion:

Grace WP is viable. It has some downsides but its far away as a reason to get mocked in a sc.

Yes, but in all likelihood as part of a solution designed to unify the WP's trees and playstyles and not on their own. Grace and Wrath cannot stand alone but might have some function as part of a mode- or stance-type system.

You seem to be , excuse the word , bitching , about the ungrateful behaviour most of the healers deal with , to my understanding , the best possible option is to go Salvation , as it does not only aid your realms advance in the best possible way , but it is also rewarding ( yes healing contribution is non existant , sadly )

I've noticed even in 4k that framerate hardly changes. Dropped 5fps average going from 1080->4k

On Topic, how much of that is "effective healing". Anyone can spam sigmar's radiance with Grace of Sigmar slotted, just filling people hp bar after the odd aoe skill thrown out by the opposition.
Melee WP will also takes slot of an MDPS, needing a guard. Not nearly as much damage as the other 3 mdps, and only providing more healing to a group that isn't really needed most of the time. Don't give the AoE detaunt story, you get a choice to detaunt the melee, or the ranged.
