How often (and what method) does the RNG get re-seeded? I've seen games where it didn't reseed properly (Champions Online I'm looking at you!)

The random generator can't work properly, when you get the same items over and over. It may happen but the chances of this event are becoming smaller and smaller with every drop up to a point, where it has to be highly unlikely.

On the end of the A&Q session some of the devs (Max?) said that they got working tool that allow changing one piece of certain set with another one which will eliminate the random drop effect. I just hope they will push it soon.

Yeah, I mentioned it and Max confirmed. We will see how it goes.
