engi's firebomb has always been cast able on the move.
Aww, Mythic be damned. At least we Magus don't do physical damage

I didn't play engi as much as magus but I'm still pretty sure Firebomb wasn't castable on the move. Are there any vids showing it being used while moving?
I know some tooltips are unreliable so it doesn't prove it, but Firebomb's doesn't give any indication tht it should be castable on the move. It's a basic 1s cast (not channel), and afaik all casts require you to stand still unless stated otherwise.
P.S. Firebomb
is obv diff to RW in its dmg application though, just one hit at end of 1s cast instead of 3 sep ones.

that's maybe related to balance the crit chance and damage of magus that are more high than his counterpart. Btw i really enjoy playing magus i think i will make it one of my main. Also the disk fix make it a lot more cool to play. Thx for that.

You couldnt use firebomb on the move on official servers.
Seeing as engi doesnt have a range snare, magus to ? then mayb it would be a positive change to allow rend winds and firebomb to be used on the move and also for shaman gork'll fix it and am healing energy.

Then they need a cooldown. But I think skills shouldn't be changed until T4.

Yeah. We should definitely wait for T4 because as I noted earlier, any changes made to an ability would have to be monitored Tier by Tier. Also we all know that ever since Auras got changed, it opened a Pandoras Box to having every class want a little change here or there for their favorite class. Aza already said that the devs will wait 'til T4 and i'm perfectly cool with that, as long as it's balanced for both Order and Destruction.

The only other thing is the timing of RW's dmg application. I find it hard to tell from the vids: is there a slight delay (0.33s) between the end of cast and the first hit (as Marley's diagram shows) or does it hit at 1s? If it's the former, I think the current DoT implementation is the same dmg-wise; there's just the (theoretical) problem of the whole dot being disrupted, and maybe other things like possibility(?) of it being cleansed - yh I know, it's unlikely given tht it's a 1s dot, and wouldn't really matter if it was anyway, but just saying it's different
@Azarael Please let us know when you've got enough info/consensus so we can say goodbye to this thread

Next update renders Firebomb and Rend Winds unable to cast on the move, and RW's damage is dealt in one block at the end of the cast.
