Toughest/Boss:

Brawler/Boss:

Both those 2 specs do more damage than any BG spec. Tough/Boss has DYG which hits like a truck, and SYF will hit pretty hard too even without CYHMN because you have lots of points in that tree. CHM + LM is awesome for keep defenses when fighting a zerg and having lots of people attacking you. The only things you are missing are THC and GS. So yeah your sustained DPS won't be nearly as good as a Brawl spec, but when you crit your burst will be just as good. Renown points and a crit liniment helped a lot.
Brawler/Boss i don't think i need to explain. Yes, it sucks not having the KD. But instead you get the CD increaser, a spammable AoE snare and the AoE WS buff. Good tradeoff.

Stat steal with da biggest is great and all but its not consistent with what stat(s) it steals
Yeah, it might steal will or int. But i am willing to bet it is way faster to get a Str/WS steal than it is to apply Dark Protector on all your group and buff them one at a time. In fact, you don't even need to steal WS since NCM already takes care of the group WS buff. So yeah, i believe these buffs are overall more reliable than the BGs if you are talking about buffing the whole group.
Don't get me wrong, i believe BGs are better than BOs. But that's because of their CC and debuffs, not their buffs. They can shut down a RP by themselves (RP can't cleanse hexes) with their AP increaser and outgoing heal debuff. If someone attacks them (and they block) they can use a 5 sec KD on the RP. When he gets up, he can superpunt him to the moon, away from his group (and heal range).
Imho, BGs are best used as a healer harasser, doing his own thing (annoying the **** out of a healer) while the other 5 guys take care of the second healer.

Yeah i get where your comming from and i still hold hope that AZ will implement 1.49 grp armor buff and pounce espically the armor buff would do a lot of work espically right now
the one thing i dont like is cant hit me as it seems redundant when you have hold the line

Hold the line doesn't buff block, only dodge and disrupt.
Can't hit me, as i said, is only good for keep defenses and tank walls. You stand there, use CHM and damage anyone that attacks you. That damage procs bellows and therefore will proc Loudmouth damage.
If you still don't want to use CHM, you can always put another point in Da Boss! for more SYF damage, or maybe SHDR for more AP in case you want to REALLY spam the AoE snare.

Next tier meaning t3 or next lvl cap raise? And I'm assuming your talking about mixed defenses but 70% parry? I think your going to need some rr points for that
Also without it's great and all that you've got 600 tough but all your other stats are so dam low it looks like your in t1; douevendmg?
I personally don't like terrifying foe, I don't like to rely on "crutch tactics" I.e tactics that I will never use later down te line so I don't use it b/c it promotes bad habits and furthermore unending fury is too good not to use and specing up that tree buffs SoR to absorb 500 dmg so I'm still pretty durable

What a waste... No need to have that much toughness, of all stats. Might as well get initiative while you're at it.
You're a tank, and as a tank you shouldn't be attacked that much. Get strength instead of toughness so you'll at least do something to the enemy once you get to the back of their lines. Unless your whole play style is snare everything, then have at it. I'm just saying that it's inadequate to play your tank like that.
Still, play how you wish.

If you're doingbitbright, you'll be taking damage all the time from guard. That toughness helps mitigate that damage in RVR. While I agree that there must be a balance, in t2, it doesn't really matter. Even withax STR, he'd still do marginal damage compared to even a poorly geared MDPS

I can do alright dmg even if it's not mdps style dmg right now but later in game dps spec Bg can out put nice dmg and going full tough like this just makes you squander the offensive potential of bg
I feel.
If I wanted a full guard bot whose their to take hits and stuff I'd make a chosen or maybe a blorc
