did they really? i left just as they released the Level cap increase so i mostly know WAR in its first 2 years and some months lol
I felt like gaining the wards was pretty cool, since you could gain wards in different ways if you had trouble getting hte dungeons down / hard to find people regularly.
A barrier is kind of whatever to me, gotta have the wards mang

Yeah plus you got wards from PVE annndddd PVP. So it wasnt that big of a problem, but a fun goal.

Yeah, I'd prefer they bring back the 2nd ward system (that added multiple ways of getting each ward and removed the need to have the ward items equipped). First one was not good and removing them was stupid.

I mean with the ward system of just requiring you to get the PVE or PVP armor pieces needed. Like to just equip a piece to get the ward unlock, then you can wear any other gear for that piece (shoulder, chest, etc).
Makes all of the thrill of loot drop even greater

i remember some times it was a real pain trying to get a pug group going for BB/BE, crypts and all that when looking for a warded tank etc. and people tried to pass off as warded but they werent! some rage moments there haha xD

haha i feel ya, hence why back in the day we only did scheduled alliance groups. when adding new people they just linked their gear to prove the wards

How I miss (or not :p ) these ''filthy'' walks on Billerot Burrows........
Im sure when time is right and our dearest Devs have set the priorites for that aspect of the game we will see them back online

Honestly I just want to fight the Squig Boss again. Best loading screen in the game.
maybe Normal Mode / Hard Mode system to dungeons?
