Ok. I will try skip absorb and see how IT goes. What rank of futile strikes is recommended while using crit reduction tactic?

This thread is about 2H Chosen, not SnB. No one going 2H is putting points in the corruption tree to get Corruptive Power. Quit trying to make it about defense/utility. 2h Chosen is about being a tanky DPS, not a guard/punt bot.
Excuse me ? Chosen is not a dps class and Corruptive power and Hastened dissmissal is mandatory tactics for your group + KD. You will still have 2 offensive tactics.

Can someone advice how many points should i spend into futile strikes while 10% tactic equipped? I dont have gear with reduction

If you prefer, doing a 2h chosen who hit with sipirt dmg and not going on max debuff resist from aura is sad. BUT taking Corruptive power and Hastened dissmissal is great for small scale.

Corruptive power, super punt and KD is mandatory for ranked. I guess u can use CP for some premades but if you are going solo or small scale there is no need for CP and super punt is situational.
I always go with rugged, daemoclaw, oppressing blows and flawless armor even with 3FS or all futile strikes. If u have 3+FS u can swap flawless for warped flesh, that absorb helps a lot in 1v1 and more.
Auras: spirit, str and ap, use tough+crit lini, if u use quake the tough aura is not that great anyways and u could always use more crit chance
