I am beyond disgusted, how can you even consider this AOE cap change?!
I don't even need to **** test this to see that it is madness.
What you think is going to happen on a funnel?

If you want to break zergs then you need to make the flags on rvr crucial for winning the zone and not for leveling the keep.

In short there was an error in application of toughness so it was calculated as lower against dots

I'm glad you made the decision finally, it's something people should appreciate in the first place. But I fear, like many others, that the cap of 24 is a bit excessive. And like Wonshot pointed out, the blast potion cheese might get pretty insane, so you should probably think about setting a lower cap to that also, or just simply remove it.

This is a step in a right direction imo. Is it the one thing that will fix rvr? Absolutely not. But it's a part of the equation that's quite important. I don't understand why people freaked out so damn much. This is an ALPHA server, and you should accept testing changes like these every once in a while. We need something to shake the boat a little bit.

Just please don't get overwhelmed by the outcry. Let this run for a week, and let the tests be conclusive, for the better or for the worse.

Great patch again! Even if the malus changes were the only change, it would be a great patch. Keep up the good work and thank you for listening to the reasonable people in the community.
