A few suggestions. Take 2 god damn time out!

Okay going to try and do this a little quicker this time!
White lions
Pounce: Increase from a GCD to a 3-5 sec CD. (Amendment) Able to cast whilst rooted, and grants 2 seconds of Snare immunity on landing.
Reasoning:
White lions should be forced to utilize pounce as a tool and not a default skill, especially due to the fact that they have just as many ways to gap close as any other MDPS with the addition of a pet that travels faster then a player and carries a snare. This change would promote white lions to be aware of their situation before bouncing about the battlefield and essentially being untargetable by all melee characters, whilst giving those with some cunning an effective means of closing and exiting a battlefield with some savvy, and keeping the class unique. After all they are called white lions not rabbits.
Chosen
Bring the Dread tree in line with the other specifications by improving the effect of points spent in the tree translating to damage.
Reasoning:
Due to the nature of the dread tree and its physical skills, dread is wildly underwhelming when compared to discord, its purpose is to give the chosen a dedicated DPS tree, but falls far behind in rates of damage in comparison to discord and its well contained effects which go leagues into making ravage a powerful ability. The cause of this is due to the fact that whilst skills like Cleave in the dread tree are undefendable it requires a great deal of Strength and armor pen to actually be effective, in addition these skills carry a large AP cost which is typically off set by further expenditure into the tree to purchase the AP regen/degen aura. Raising the base damage of Dread skills in line with Dread tree points expenditure would go a long distance into the trees effective use.
Engineer
Turrets:etc Replace ability to parry/disrupt with higher toughness,armor, resistances
Reasons:
This is mostly a flow/ immersion issue nothing major.
All healing classes that benefited from the recent healing on the move skills.
Heals: Increased AP cost or reduced heal amount whilst the caster is on the move.
Reasoning:
AS it stands this promotes kiting, a very tiresome thing to deal with as a whole, it also goes into greatly improving the strength of a warband's back line, which in all instances should be forfeit should the warband fail to protect it. Whilst most of the arguments in the chat seem to push towards this change just being an issue in 1 v 1 instances, it also encourages/ enables more efficient zerging as a pushing warband can still receive heals despite its failure to keep order within its ranks.
AAO
Change from granting renown to additional stats/morale gains and improved defenses of Keep NPCs/ doors/Siege
Reasons:
AAO was originally introduce to encourage players to come to a zone to defend and reward those trying to defend at the time, this actually did little to help defenders over the course of its life, I propose that the current AAO system be scrapped in favor of improving the stats/ morale gains of players and the defenses of Keeps and their NPC's in general. By doing this Cross realming will become less likely and solo hunting will be cut down due to a single war bands ability to fight off a larger force on equal footing. In addition due to the increase of stats of the players and their ability to fight on the same level as the opposing force renown gains in the area would remain roughly the same, if not large due to keep defenses being fought.
So I think I will leave that here for now! Feel free to leave comments criticism etc and I will do my best to respond to it. Until then see you in IC or on the battlefield!
