Unauthorized access exception error [solved]

I apologize if this has already been addressed. I installed the game via the torrent, moved all the files into a folder and placed the launcher into the directory. Below is the error i am receiving and i am unable to find any solution. I have also tried running the launcher as admin.
Error starting: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\Jon\Desktop\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' is denied.
