Unauthorized access exception error [solved]

I apologize if this has already been addressed. I installed the game via the torrent, moved all the files into a folder and placed the launcher into the directory. Below is the error i am receiving and i am unable to find any solution. I have also tried running the launcher as admin.

Hello.

You need to remove read only on the game folder. Right click Warhammer folder > properties > uncheck read only > apply. Then try logging in.
