Caledor Woods/Eternal Citadel Proposal

Given how dead 6v6 is as of late, how my attempt to make an event fell on deaf ears, and the lack of any help in trying to get the scene flourishing again as it once was in T3, I have come up with a last-ditched attempt in trying to give life to a decaying scene.
Having a weekly event take place will not really happen here, due to a lack of interest/staying power so to speak in the 6v6 (people can come for one week, but will not be able to the next)
I believe that the following would go a long way in alleviating some of the pug stomper sc concerns. It would also promote more premade vs premade fights, and would (hopefully) result in less premades queuing up to get easy kills.
I wasn't going to post this initially, but after the popularity of the RP event that had several GMs actively endorsing/facilitating to it, I thought it an opportune moment.
Proposal
* A repeatable quest
* Win Caledor Woods/Eternal Citadel (each would be separate) scenario X amount of times (I was initially thinking 10/20, but 5 would probably be the best place to start with in order to gauge interest)
* Have Eternal Citadel (with the wall, as voted by the premades) in the sc rotation permanently.
* Prize: these are only ideas: a dye set that is otherwise unattainable, X amount of emblems, and/or a title bestowed upon you.
Benefits
* Premades actively queuing for these two scenarios due to feeling that there is an incentive to do so (nothing gets people active quicker than appealing to the ego)
* PuGs can queue for other scenarios - even if they are non-pug - and expect to have little resistance, as the most serious premades would probably be queuing CW/EC.
* More competitive action going on, and less pug stomping.
* Promote more group pvp (maybe)
Negatives
* Can't really think of any other than it taking up some time for the DB team (I'd be happy to write up a quest or anything)
