[Suggestion] Eternal Citadel thoughts

Would it be possible to keep this scenario in rotation permanently for the next two weeks? In an effort to amass more interest for the upcoming event, I thought it may serve well to motivate people to check this scenario out - both veterans and newcomers. If the answer is no, no worries and I completely understand.
First and foremost: I do not intend for the following to give off the impression that I am ungrateful for what the team have done to facilitate to the 6v6 community, because I am.
I was thinking of making the quest giver in this particular scenario give 8 emblems to the winner, but also 4 emblems to the losing side, so even if you don't beat your opposition you still come out with something? (Note: this could be a temporary thing, just to see what happens?). I know that such efforts have been suggested/potentially tested before, but there seems to be a lot of interest for the upcoming event and it would be awesome to get people motivated to try out some 6v6 knowing that, as well as experience gained from the encounter, they won't leave the match empty handed. IMO, it is important that we add alternative incentives to get people into groups.
Why EC? It's the fastest-paced scenario of all, and more readily than others gives a taste of group vs group PvP. Whereas in other scenarios your 'mistakes'/group setups aren't necessarily so much of an issue, in CW/EC you can feel a loss on a much more individual level. Did I punt that person too early? Should I have been pre-hotting earlier? Did I blow my DPS on the wrong target? Unfortunately, a great many people will simply attribute a loss to just not knowing how to play, and when you have played for up to 15minutes - just to walk away with nothing (as is often the case) - some people may feel disinclined to try and try again.
A lot of people have spoken about how newcomers feel demotivated to form groups and whatnot, and I believe that a quick-paced scenario, such as EC, that gives people a taste of 'proper' group vs group fights would perhaps start making people want to venture forth and form friends, and try their luck - yet not feel 'what a waste of time' if they happen to lose.
Just my 2c. Arguing from the PoV of wanting newcomers to try forming/joining groups in an effort to alleviate some of the woes discussed by other posters as of late. Also, I am aware of the team's stance on scenarios vs RvR and if such a task were to prevent the progress of RvR, I would completely understand and withdraw my suggestion happily.
I would be very grateful if, upon voting, you could make a comment explaining what prompted your vote.
