Return of Reckoning

After hours of trying to get this to work I am done. Any guide you have on how to download and make this installer work is DATED or hidden somewhere deep in some 199 page chain.

It would be great to get to try Warhammer again but this is far too many hoops and way more difficult than it should be.

Just follow the install guide. No idea at what step you have trouble.

I guess I will wait for a thread with more appropriate name. After all, we try to be better and more respectful to each other, right?

EDIT: Well, the name of this thread was 'Install is cancer' and apparently community doesn't really like cancer, hence I asked for more appropriate name. Cheers .

honestly i have to agree with OP. but don't stress answering for me. I just canned it all.

Double that after seeing a DEV go "respect me or else i wont help/answer/consider that it IS cancer"

but if you feel you've been disrespected, feel free to ban my login. It will save me the time of culling my email.

May be the issue is OP trying to run an installer .exe ?

1- Search and open RoR channel on YouTube
2- Find the "How to install video"
3- PLAY the video, pausing after each step and DO the steps

4- PLAY WARHAMMER!!!!!!!

This is a pretty pathetic, rude and unprofessional response from ANY part of a development team. If the installation was not such a pain there would not be so many posts asking for help.

The point is it isnt, you just have to copy the game folder into your pc, drag the ROR launcher into the main warhammer folder then male a link to desktop for quality of life and use ror launcher

Any game crash at load/chars screen mean datas are corrupted; if the game not start at all it's some kind of setting issues with folder etc.

Unless you have win 10....with that well....i cant help.
