I've had a problem where the game suddenly closes down without any hint that it will. It only seems to happen when I load a character up. Please help if anyone else has had this same problem, Thank you.

1) Disable any addons that show up as failing (or if you are not sure disabling all addons is a good place to start testing). If you crash before you enter the game fully, you can disable them by renaming your interface folder.
2) Delete your character profile files. Move (or delete) everything out of ....\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\user directory
3) Reconfirm you are running the 64 bit client if you can run it. There are reports of people silently falling back to 32.
4) Update your video drivers or just confirm you arent crashing like this in other games.
5) A new audio problem surfaced very recently. Check here if this applies to you:
there was a thread with a specific audio file to DL and replace. I did that last night and it stopped crashing. if you can find a way to search my replies ive only posted in this thread and 2 times in the other thread with the vid DL instructions.

Start the launcher, when the connect button lights up.
Go into the 'miles' folder in your warhammer install and delete 'mssmp3.asi' and then click connect.
The launcher will download the file every time but try it out.

Bro i'm getting pissed, i can't find this Sound file to fix the glitch that keeps making me crash! I'd love to play the game but 2nd day in and i'm already having major issues! How do i fix this?
