Launcher redownloads all files

Hi all.
So, the problem is that Launcher redownload all files whole the time, cause i think it didnt't see those files.
Any suggestions to solve that?

Yes, there is about 10 threads with the EXACT same problem and always with the same solution (if you used the torrent that is, otherwise you can dismiss following):
STEP 5
GAME CLIENT SETUP
After the torrent has finished downloading, be sure to stop the torrent and move the downloaded files OUT of your download location. Copy the entire folder if you wish to support the torrent and leave it running.
After you have moved the folder, right click the WAR folder, open Properties, and uncheck Read-Only. Apply to all files.
Some users may need to follow this process if they do not have full access. Document folders marked read only. Apply to all files.

EDIT: Added to this, you need to open the launcher, wait for some filed that might not be up to date. This will might be necessary more then one time.
