Missing Mail

I sent from player "Sarulicca" to player "Morgiana", 1 Weapon Skill Cloack + 1 gold. But mail miss and i losed item.

Do not send Mail to offline characters. Nothing we can do about it. Items are sadly gone for you.
I guess they should put the Message back up into the launcher..

Not now, but it did.Thats why i am saying they should put it back there. Problem exists for weeks now. (You'll find it in older News topic)

Either you are lucky and get the mail with the next server reboot, or they are gone. Sorry

Yesterday, I had a different taste of missing mail - auction house was affected. Bought some items, gold was removed from my pockets, item disappeared from the ah, yet no message in my mailbox. Happened about three times. Not continously.

Mail system is buggy. Some people receive items, and others don't.
I advise all players to refrain from using the mail. The launcher USED to display messages from the news feed, but it isn't at the moment, so I can't put this on the launcher log.
AH works fine, it's just the mail system. The items should eventually arrive to your character once it's fixed.

So items not disappeared forever? They will return back?
