Chosen , pathof the corruption

I want to talk about chosen's corruption auras. Those are the auras that fall under the path of the dread (the tanky one). There are 3 such auras , 2 from normal lvling and 1 from masteries.
The First one you get is very usefull as it gives bonus toughness to you and your allies and reduces opponents' s toughness.
The second, althouth it may sound good its not really. Whenever you or a party member defend against an attack (block,parry,disrupt,dogde) you get some heal over 3 secs. The problem is that this amount is too little to make anything and its better to use another aura instead. It could be fixed if you got healed anytime you defend an attack (not once every 3 seconds) or if the heal amound were increased. Currently on rank 20 its 76 Health over 3 sec , without any masteries on it. Since both BG and BO have self heals i think this should be fixed.
The third is the one you get from masteries. It is one of the most useless abilities in the game. When its active, opponents within 20 feet of you have their cast times increased by 25%. Considering that almost all melee attacks in the game have no cast time , this only applies to ranged enemies and since chosen is a melee tank character , he fights on the frontline against melee characters. Also remeber that this is on the tanky path and not on the debuffing one. This aura should be something better and more defensive since chosens dont have the ability that other tanks get from defencive masteries and increases their block rate.
At its current state chosen luck surviveability compared to other tanks and path of corruption is not a viable option (i should also mention that he also gets a tactic from this tree that reduces the cost of other corruption abilities , why would a t4 tank spend a mastery poit on this? ). As other people have already said , in the old days WAR was unbalanced. So now that we have devs that care more for the game than the money I expect this to be fixed.
P.S. I havent check KotBS abilities but from what i know its eccactly the same. Correct me if im wrong.
