Problem with .changename behaving oddly (solved but may help others)

Hi,
I'm having this weird problem, last month I did a rename on one of my characters (I have lots of alts) and wanted to rename another and got the message i had to wait one month.
So I waited and tried again this weekend and it told me I'd be able to in a day or so.
So I tried again a couple hours ago, and it said : in 37 mins. (ok : patience young padawan i thought...)
An hour later it said : in 58 min
(that's when I started to get the problem)
10 minutes ago or so it said the wait time was now 12 hours and some...
So before writing this topic I completely quit the game and restarted the launcher and now it works
!!!
I was able to rename the character.
I'm just reporting this so that it may shed light if others have this same issue.
