I'm having this weird problem, last month I did a rename on one of my characters (I have lots of alts) and wanted to rename another and got the message i had to wait one month.
So I waited and tried again this weekend and it told me I'd be able to in a day or so.
So I tried again a couple hours ago, and it said : in 37 mins. (ok : patience young padawan i thought...)
An hour later it said : in 58 min
(that's when I started to get the problem)10 minutes ago or so it said the wait time was now 12 hours and some...
So before writing this topic I completely quit the game and restarted the launcher and now it works
!!!I was able to rename the character.
I'm just reporting this so that it may shed light if others have this same issue.
