[choppa/slayer] 2h

Hi.
Before the last patch we had the first ever playable 2h spec on choppa/slayer.
It was a great time to finally feel the power of choppa/sl ST dmg.
Since the new patch, detaunt no longer drops rage using tactics for not dropping rage.
The last few days have shown how little needs to be done to make slayer/choppa mid tree playable.

My suggestion is this:
If you use 2h weapons detaunt drop rage even with tactics on not dropping rage (wot rules?/Power Through).
To make it not too easy detaunt cd if you use 2h weapon will be increased from 10 sec to 15 sec.

It would be a shame if again 100% sl/choppas use dual wield.

i would like to see a buff to 2h tree overall, cleft in twain isn't that great really.

Rage tactic should works with 2 things:
1) detaunt drop rage to 0
2) when U are Berserk Rage is dropped to mid of green zone
