[Chosen] What armor is being used here?

I'm fairly new to the game, even though my account has been registered for a while. I decided to roll a Chosen because BIG, TANKY, BADASS looking armor type of play style seemed like a cool idea, plus I don't have time to min/max and try to get the best DPS when wanting to PVP. With that being said, I found this on the Warhammer Online Steam discussion page and I'm curious to know what armor this player is wearing. I know it's a mixed set, or at least it looks like it but he is wearing some parts at Rank 34 when some of those pieces require 40? Maybe I'm mistaken but I would just like to know what pieces he's wearing.

Chosen was clearly one of the first classes developed for AoR. The visual optimization for
Chosen armor sets is uniquely impressive.
You want to see some impressive gear sets? Go the the southern entrance of Inevitable City. No spoilers.

Badlands Server? Is this even RoR? This might have been AoR.
