[Chosen] What armor is being used here?

I'm fairly new to the game, even though my account has been registered for a while. I decided to roll a Chosen because BIG, TANKY, BADASS looking armor type of play style seemed like a cool idea, plus I don't have time to min/max and try to get the best DPS when wanting to PVP. With that being said, I found this on the Warhammer Online Steam discussion page and I'm curious to know what armor this player is wearing. I know it's a mixed set, or at least it looks like it but he is wearing some parts at Rank 34 when some of those pieces require 40? Maybe I'm mistaken but I would just like to know what pieces he's wearing.

Chosen armor sets is uniquely impressive.
