Just a question - is it allowed to exchange accounts?

For expample if I wish to exchange my account with, lets say Shaman for somebody's account with, let's say Squig - is it allowed?
Or this is bannable and not allowed by rules? (this is not a sell for gold or real money, just 1 to 1 exchange).
