hi, i was taking few days off and when i came back have no characters in my acc, can gm check my acc plz?

I don't see them either.

We never delete characters outright, doing so requires direct access to the character database. Are you sure this is the same account?

yes im sure, only have theese account, the problem will appear when u changue the data base maybe a error pop or? nobody has acces to my acc.

-My characters are not in the guild,my guild mates are checking the guild roaster, when u leave the guild a message pops with "name" has left the guild, and no message appears just disapeared for no reason, i need a solution for that

i sent mail to sigmarPriest in forum and hes mail, same with azazel and have no answer are u working on it ?,,, u need the name of entire chars? i need some info and some help

Same thing happened to me twice so far. I'd log on and all my characters would be missing. Both times I had a friend log into my account and check and he saw the same thing no characters on my account. I then logged back in and my characters showed up. i dunno if you have someone who you can trust log in but...it worked for me, and I dont know why.

we can do it but i prefer keep my acc safe, anyways i will try log and log ,log,log in desesperate form and characters dont pop my account is empty for no reason and i get no answer i realy need help this is the 3rd day i can do nothing

I checked on previous db : your account was empty too.
So, it's not db migration related...

Prefer changing your password. We never know.

can u tell me how i get my chars back or? nobody has delete it nothing appear in guild roaster u can check it, own guild we test it, if u create a character and join the guild next u log off and delete it instead a mesage pops in the roaster, same if u leave the guild and i repeat nobody has acces to my acc keep working on it plz

-Nobody ask me for characters info or guildname info,everyone of u are telling me a diferent name everyday to speak with him/she, i still needed a solution :S

-I know maybe u have lot of work and working on posible t3 but i lost the hole acc u can undertand it too i think

-Other Point:- SigmarPriest has banned me 1 month ago aprox 4 a mistake cause i report a bug/exploit and i get on white list instead, maybe when u changue db u delete all penaliced accs or? i dont know what more points to think

-And its not only me, the other guy was posting overhere has the same problem but they characters appear(lucky guy ), i think u are missing some info same than missing items, but missing hole acc is more harder :s, and i already create 3 characters to test it i hope thats dont be a problem

-Want character screnshots? character names¿ i have toon of it

I'm webmaster, and i take care of servers. I don't have anything to do with game dev or bugs.

I tried to help my best, but i can't do anything more.

If they're not in the old DB, there's no getting them back. Re-roll.
