Suggestion for Kotbs/Chosen auras

I'm not screaming for a nerf but the more I've looked at it, the chosen/kotbs auras seems pretty unbalanced compared to other tanks and buffs. If any dev would give me a "no" It's no big deal to me. I've played mostly order and Ironbreaker but also Kotbs so I will mainly compare the buffs of those two careers.
Press the attack!
"Permanent" str buff for full group (100 range). Also reducing enemies' str within 30 feet.
Ironbreaker - has 2 str buffs (which also gives other effects and don't stack). Costing a gcd, ap/grudge (one requires a hit). Buffing your oathfriend if it's withing 50 feet (switching oathfriend also costs a gcd).
Stand Strong!
"Permanent" toughness buff for full group (100 range). Also reducing enemies' toughness within 30 feet.
Ironbreaker - Vengeful strike buffs yourself and your oathfriend if it's within 50 feet with toughness. Requires a hit and costs a gcd and grudge.
Gather your resolve
"Permanent" resist buff for full group (100 range). Also reducing enemies' resists within 30 feet.
Ironbreaker - Stubborn as stone buffs you and your othfriend's corporeal resist, sure if you get hit by a magic attack you get a 50% aa speed increase. Costs grudge and a gcd.
Archmage - their only party buff that is worse than the knight's aura.
Runepriest - With offensive stat pot/press the attack, their only usefull rune is initiative/willpower
I don't think I need to list every aura, I guess you can see a pretty clear pattern. I haven't even mentioned the 25% healdebuff aura on everyone around you. Sure SM and IB got skills that kotbs don't, but kotbs/chosens also got other skills and these were all passive auras.
A kotbs/chosen that doesn't do much other than running 3 auras and staying close to the guard target is probably more useful than a pretty good SM/Ironbreaker to a full group (I'm not saying SM/IB are bad, but for party support they are far behind). Even a kotbs/chosen autofollowing it's guard would be good!
So what do I suggest should be changed?
25% uncleansable healdebuff on everyone within 10 feet would still be pretty damn good (a little bit harder to master). Or a 10 or 15% healdebuff on everyone within 25 feet is also still very very useful for a passive skill.
Mainly Archmages but also runepriests would be a little bit more useful if their resist buffs actually gave more resist than the unremovable buff of the knights (the one that also debuffs enemies). Would halving the resist of "Gather your resolve" be bad? I guess it's still the resist debuffer order would use in combination with BW and a small backup if the AM/RP buff gets dispelled isn't bad. If Archmage/runepriest buffs were better, this would not be the must have it is today. Still very good if you don't have any archmage/runepriest in your group.
A full group str/toughness buff that passively gives as much as the single target friendly buff Ironbreakers has, while also decreasing enemies' toughness within 30 feet (I haven't respecced the different chars to see if single target buffs scales better in the mastery paths). Halving this would make the single target buffs that requires micromanagement stronger in comparison.
This could be done on basically all auras. Would this make knights/chosens useless? I don't think so, those buffs are still pretty good even if their values are halved, they'd still be very useful in full groups. Would fights never end if those were changed? Stalemates could maybe happen a little bit more often (due to the healdebuff), but I'd say stalemates are due to defensive lineups. Rather than mostly wanting 2 kotbs/chosens in your party you might get something else, I'd still want a knight in my group. This wouldn't change the balance between the realms.
Now throw your best pies at me.
