People are already bored. Imposed conformity tends to result in that.

I would change the whole zone-mechanics:

- 1 Star Keep to allow Sieges
- 2 Star Keep disables Enemy Keep Oil
- 3 Star Keep already Locks the zone if you own all 3 Battle Objectives


Still to difficult. Lets change it to where when one side announces their intent to siege, the zone immediately ...

They are short, and fat, and most of them are ugly. And they stink. But they do make good beer, so it all balances out.

A dedicated dueling area was implemented named The Garden of Quark, or something, however I don't believe it is working at this time. Coding problems, or some such.
