What level were you, did you have menace, taunt & challenge? We did t1 bosses at l4 and tanks couldn't hold agro pre patch obviously not having those skills.

I guess doks don't have the snare? I'd rather see it added to fist of khaine instead of removed from judgement. It's the only thing stopping ranged classes kiting a grace/wrath wp to oblivion.
