Weighting bloodlord "proc" as 40 stat points seems very overdone at the very least :

+5% damage is about +80 main stat (tested a while ago for some DPS and Tank classes)
-10% Armour is about -200 to -500 depends on armour class (averaging around -350)
-10% toughness is about -30 to -90 depends on ...

There was no need to "balance" weapons, really ; some got BiS for certain classes/builds, most were not obviously, but each got its niche use (heck I even have friends prefering Subjugator weapons over Fortress ones for their endgame build).

Honestly we should just get rid of procs altogether... Not like they will be missed, damaging procs are like 2% of total damage, including AoE classes, which means it's probably not even 1% more damage equivalent.

Having them weight so high on weapons is silly at the very least.

2h Bloodlord weapons weighting looks inconsistent :
- 1H got 40 stats +2% crit
- 2H got 121 stats +4% crit

Shouldnt it be 60 stats for 1H, or 80 stats for 2H (if you do the other way around) ?

I checked and it's the case for casters and melee class versions, you got like 40 stats for free using 2 ...

-52 stats points on 1H bloodlord weapons, but the malus to toughness/armour looks like not taken into consideration to evaluate "proc" power level ?

Why not, considering everyone will be on the same boat regarding BiS weapon choice, but as other people already said previously, weaponry progression ...

Dark elves keeps, you can get stuck under one of either 2 lamp posts near outer oil placement spot.

Uthorin camp (Eataine), Druchii Barracks (Caledor) fence holes ; spikes all around floor, on fallen wall sections and tents/fixtures, are terribly annoying to deal with.

Rocks on various T4 zones ...

-Under the influence of FP, That front hit of AW is mitigated by 100
-And also the auto attack is mitigated by 103
those 2 are physical dmg and mitigated by armor and toughness

NONE of BOTH is without the mitigation of Armor.
AW in that dmg range without armor mitigation would have been in the 2 ...

Tested with flanking and FP gives full benefits of being on the rear arc, minus the parry/block bypass obviously. Bypassing armor, flanking damage bonus, etc.

Still think this behavior is an aberration, and instead of acting like "you are considered on the rear arc for 10s", Feinted Positioning ...

Adding complexity into existing crafting system which is already a chore to begin with, really unfun and time-consuming, wont make it more appealing I'm afraid...

Keeping things simple as they are, with "bonuses" of gathering skills while you can just play PvP or PvE and get crafting stuff is nice ...
