Disciple of Khaine also doesn't have a gap closer, but both classes have not yet been part of the Healer Balancing Rework so we don't know for sure what the future holds for them. For the rest of the complaint please refer to the first part of this answer regarding faction differences.

COC is a very big deal and in concert with Line Breaker tactic, there is nothing that Order tanks to keep the back line protected.

ST snares on Kn/Chosen and SM/BO are equal. AE snare on IB/BG close enough.

Literally you can keep that outgoing up 100% of the time irrespective of cleansing, and the RP Swift Rune tactic will not help because RP can't cleanse the outgoing.
