Return of Reckoning

Hi, From week 13 I lost my reward from both Advanced and Elite rewards from Quest Dungeon Week 13. I lost 1x Sentinel Veteran's medallion and 1x Stalwart Soulstone. I though this was due to me not being lvl 40 yet. But once I reached lvl 40 the items were not shown in my currency tab in my bag. Is t...
