The character name was not subject to a name change by game masters. i deleted last char and created new one with same exact name, lvld him a bit and on the next day it forced me to change name. thats it This is likely the culprit ...

It's going to take me a lot of time to both play the changes and then rewrite the guide for them!

If I had to guess, I would say so that people can't park a name on an inactive character forever.

Ah, well it takes 6+ months (depending on renown rank) of inactivity on that character for its name to be placed back in the availability pool.
