What do you mean its not instant like BO's? You can precast it just like BO (i mean get to perfect balance/da best plan), it have same stance req. So, greenskin WB consisting of bo+choppa+sh+shamans is overpowered. Shamans are unkillable rambos according to forum, SH are just as good as slayers, BOs and choppas got 100% uptime CD decreaser. Noone really uses GoN in their builds, cuz typical build is 1-3. And even if you put points in 2nd tree (but why? You dont care about ur performance?), GoN is the last thing you want to cast in rvr.
