It won't buff sm, it will fix a problem

There are lot of reason why sm is the least tank played in the game, cluncky mechanics, redundant tattics (4 dot) (2 striketrough), horrible skin (only sov and warlord beautifully designed), block and parry animation not working, ears passing trough helms, eye like eyegor of frankestin jr when equip...

I don't think nerfing Black orc will help Sm.

Ww already have silence, on live, before the add of 5 sec cd reduction the skill had 5 sec silence instead of 3.thats a trade off. The problem of WW is that when u need it maybe u don't have near target to shot the skill, adding the cd reduction to wrath of hoet like the black orc could help sm to f...

Where is the big change? Having the cd reduction usable on demand?

Change the blessing of heaven tattic in something like the black orc, and tie the cd reduction to wrath of hoet, remo the cd fron wispering wind, and set back the silence to 5 like it was originally. Problem solved

Change cCentury of Training from a fluf dot to an Initiative bonus.

Or without increasing sm dmg, like the dps dok on crit for single target a tattic for 2h only that apply heal debuff, but it's just a dream:D

Hoet and Vaul spec are already very good, no need to change theme. Things that need to be changed are, deep incision tattic (make it deal spirit or change it completely) and Poised attacks (another 10% striketrough maybe mirror instead 25%crit dmg like the bo version) Honestly i think that healdebuf...
