They can spawn in multiple locations, I've seen several spawn on the very top floor.

Nice to see new weapons, but I don't like the trade-in mechanic. I much prefer just having to own the previous weapon to buy the next tier (as it was on live). That way you can keep the old one for appearance, or as offhand weapon for dual wielding classes.

The biggest and most obvious reason is that the guard damage has already been mitigated by the original target. So you shouldn't get to mitigate it twice.

This is a rare ORvR based MMO. Best of all gear should be obtained through open rvr. MMOs that treat open pvpers like second class citizens are dime a dozen.
