cant press connect button on RoR Launcher is the server down or what is going on ?

As subject says .. Login server is Red i cannot connect did all steps at beginners guide , and played this game some days ago before restart of server now i cant connect someone help me pleas.

i cant start the warhammer game and i did all the things downloaded full client via utorrent and put the launcher in WAR directory but i only get WAR system error and something is missing what am i supposed to do ?
