In my experience population is entirely controlled by whos winning and losing and who has to go to bed. Nights where we win, order numbers grow and destro numbers shrink. OBS has a lot of configure options that can lag your system if configure improperly. Its far less laggy than many of the others. make sure to lookup some guides when using obs.
