New/Returning Player

Hey everyone, Im wanting to come back/start fresh here, but want to do it with a guild to answer questions along the way. Ive spent a lot of time playing P99, Uthgard and Phoenix over the past few years, but am happy to come try something different now. Im open to either Order or Destro since I think the group of people Im playing/hanging out with is way more important. Preferably itd be an active US group, mainly for the time zone difference.
