Lost Dungeon Week 13 items

Hi,

From week 13 I lost my reward from both Advanced and Elite rewards from Quest Dungeon Week 13.

I lost 1x Sentinel Veteran's medallion and 1x Stalwart Soulstone.

I though this was due to me not being lvl 40 yet. But once I reached lvl 40 the items were not shown in my currency tab in my bag.
Is there a way for me to get these items back?

same here i lost 1 sentinel medal + did another instance and got influence for 2nd sentinel medal but at the herald i cant turn em in anymore hope to get the items back
