Elves uses dresses, its standard fantasy stuff.

But to answer your question, no. DOK, BG and Sorc uses dresses with no option for pants. WE uses just a loincloth.

thre was keep lord who wear trouser armor. byt he is changed now. npc anyway wear better looking armor than u or me.
i think male elfs wear trousers byt their cafftan is too large and its cover their trousers.
shadow warrior wear trausers in some rvr gear. and elf culture like to wear long cafftan. maby they whant to look diferent from rest races ( because they think they are higher than athers like umber ales)
