Serve this story be a lesson to everyone.

My name was Bagantirir the slayer at the old server.
I really like this game. Once I lost this game just like you. It was a very sad day. I did not think that happens again.

When you set a private server, I was very happy, but my fears were, unfortunately, my fears were confirmed.

I played quite a lot in the past. I saw many battles, i fought many duels. I never need cheat to win and beat my enemy.
I have never been charged with fraud. i never cheated.

However, I recognize the cheaters with my so much game experience.

I discovered two and I reported them. I do not think it's my job to prove it. I'm not a lawyer, investigator, prosecutor judge or executioner.

After i wrote my post they baned me from the forum without any warning or message. But they didnt cancele my post.

The slander has begun. I couldnt defend aganist them, not at all because they baned me.

So i wrote a letter to Elven:

You banned me from the forum. i dont know why i wrote a post. i reported 2 players. Plz give me some reason why you did bann me.

You have a temporary ban on your account which will last for 5 days. We have good reason to believe that you have been exploiting a bug that mitigates almost 100% of incoming damage. You have been asked several times in game by staff members to not do this, but you ignored these requests.
When 5 days has past you can continue to play. Please don't continue to use this exploit, otherwise the punishment will be worse.

Here is my answer:
I dont know where to start. I wrote a post about 2 cheaters. I played warhammer a lot. I recognize the cheater. My main was Bagantirtir. I have never been charged with cheating. And you banned me from the forum. Ridiculous and outrageous. The post is not deleted, i dont get a warning that i am not free to report cheaters, you just banned me. Very nice. Azarael said iam a cheater, later he said the reports would be private but he posted some picture from me. Quite interesting. You said no one bann if there is not good evidence. Iam a food engineer and not a programmer or IT man. I cant cheat and i never cheat. You dont know how to do this bug directly so i dont know it either. I hit 1 often too. And other players wrote at the forum too they took 1 dmg too. Because it is a bug. It can not do directly. You cant repoduced it, coz nobody can do it. You havent got evidence because iam not a cheater.
Many players had this bug sometimes. The stuff didnt write me btw. Some players wrote me: hey you cheater stop cheat!! And i always said the same thing i dont cheat!! So please give me back my access to the game and the forum because it is not true. You havent got any evidence And iam not a cheater.
I hope you dont want a game where you bann player who beat your friends.

Elven wrote btw, a lil contradiction: As it stands, the status of the build is very much buggy, and it is not always certain if an anomaly is caused by tradition hacks or related to a game bug. If we punished every single player without surveying hard evidence, then I'm sure most people would of received some punishment. However, we do take it seriously and we will only punish players who have been genuinely hacking/exploiting certain aspects of the game.


I have proof iam not a cheater. Many players have the same bug. They dont know how to do it directly. Nobody can do it directly so i cant do it. And the main problem i can not, not do it. So next time they will ban me forever???!!

I discovered two and I reported them. I do not think it's my job to prove it. I'm not a lawyer, investigator, prosecutor judge or executioner.

LOL? So simply because you lack the evidence and not being a lawful authority you can accuse anyone of cheating on a whim and get them banned instantly based on your word? Good that you're not an actual authority here.

Maybe that's because the post is valid. Just because you don't hear these two players complain doesn't mean they haven't been dealt with.

Seems fair to me. Your reply is what bothers me the most. Firstly, they state the reason they banned you; not replying when the staff tried to ask you about the bug. You went defensive immediately, saying that that forum ban was invalid for the cheater reports. YOU WEREN'T BANNED FOR REPORTING PEOPLE, you were banned for exploiting the same bug you accused another of. Perhaps you didn't do it on purpose, but as it stands, it's a five day ban. This is simply done by the mods to assess the state of the game; to see if the exploit can be fixed before you return to cause it again. It's nothing personal, yet you're taking it that way. It may be unfair to you, but this is an alpha stage game. I'd only be pissed off if it was a ban of a month in which development happened.

It is contradictive. It also summarises the reason of your ban; damage control. They couldn't confirm whether you did it on purpose or not; you never replied to explain what's happening. You're all talk and no show, they couldn't take the chance of you purposely ruining the game, and now the forum. It is a massive accusation from Elven to say 'we only ban when we have proof', but then again, perhaps they do. We don't know, you speak of these pictures that are never shown (probably because it proves you're wrong, who knows.)

So, let's recap:

- You publicly post a cheating accusation thread with no proof against two players who, in all likelihood, were not exploiting. You defend this by stating that you don't feel that you have to prove anything, when in fact you do.

- It is later revealed that you are Gokuron, a Chosen profiting very visibly from a bug granting you increased resilience during some open RvR. Not only do you refuse requests to leave or relog, you brag about your bugged state and ask us to put forward a champion to oppose you. By continuing to fight, you provided all the evidence necessary - a video and multiple screenshots. That you don't know how to replicate the exploit is not relevant - all that matters is that you chose to PvP in your bugged state.

- Later you're banned for this. Your response is to make a duplicate account and post a longwinded rant / departure thread on the forums, accusing us of banning you because you're "too good" and "killing our friends". If I had a pound for every time I've heard variants of these pathetic, egotistical accusations, I would be a very happy man indeed.
