Do armour debuff stack?

Does 5pc Mayhem set bonus (10% on hit to lower armour by 870 for 10 seconds) stack with Force Opportunity? I tried checking on mobs, but i dont know which ones have over 2k armour

Should not stack. You could/should test it on enemy players.

I think tank morale 1 armor debuff stack with skill debuff, that might not be the case anymore (was the case back in live!?)

General stacking rule:
-Moral + tactic + one of following (skill / buff / potion / proc)
-Only the highest value of each is used for calculation.

e.g an 1k armor debuff via skill will stack with an 1k armor debuff via moral, but not with an additional 600 armor debuff via setproc.

how about resistance?? i only have 1 skill reduce spirit resistance

The same logic applies to all stats, afaik, there might be some exceptions and bugs. SMs havens blade resist debuff used to stack with kotbs aura, until it was removed.
