If it really is conquerer as your picture suggests, you cant right now. We only are up to annihilator, which is the set before conquerer. It will come further down the line, but I cant say when.

chestplate of the silvered oak from the t4 lair in norsca drops conq chest appearnce


edit: you can get the full look of the conq set from all the various t4 lairs
