Changed any mentions of the Standard Magearchtype M4. Based on the latest patch from same date:

- Unleash The Winds - Reworked to do 1200 damage to all targets within 30 ft and for the next 10 seconds your abilities will build 50% faster, cost 25% less Action Points and you cannot be set back during this time.

Personally I think stacking this M4 with tactic Closequaters might be a thing, but the uptime is pretty low and after the nerfs we saw to moralepump tactics the tacticslot investment to make this a build might be way too high with too little uptime. This M4 is pretty sweet for funnels and long drawn out fights as its an offensive Focused Mind+ Moralebomb with extra buffing layers such as ap cost reduction and no setback. Good for Fireball spam on a singletarget, or Fiery Blast + morale damage around you in largerscale. Note it reduces buildup time (casttime) and not cooldown, so you cant rotate from one Annihilate into the next, just with this M4 up for 10sec. With enough casttime reduction and the Global cooldown of 1.5sec between abilities the max useage of this M4 uptime would be 6.66casts with stacking builduptime reductions.

frozen touch nor flames of rhuin proc on slow boil/boiling blood, nor Vision of Torment or Word of Pain for sorcs. Keep this in mind if you decide to use Crown of Fire tactics. You arent getting the damage procs on your best 2 spells.

In your guide, it is not new but you didn't mention the tactics for an AoE build.
I recommend Flash fire, Crow of Fire, Fiery Reserves and Explosive Force.
But again it depends on situations and gear. Most polyvalent AoE roaming RvR.

On RR80 gear you put a lot of choices but I would advise people with 2 to aim.

Was contemplating doing this for all of the endgame build options but for now keeping it at just one visual example. There are other gear builds with higher BonusDamage for SC timestamping, more strikethrough for none flashfire users or healer-killers etc. And it proved to be too massive of an undertaking makeing one including all or one for each of them atm.
