Da Death Down Dere

Hello there, I've trying to finish this quest for about a month now, I think it's one of the new ones implemented in the Gunbad update. I've tried killing the dwarves in the area the quest talks about, tried killing the dwarf add boss before the main boss but nothing dropped, I've been looking at the ground trying to see if there's anything I had to pick up from there, nothing works.
Anyone else completed ths quest who could enlight me or is it bugged?
Also, seeing as we're on the topic, the Gritzle the Wotsit quest, the quest item (Gritzle's head) isn't dropping, is it bugged or is there a drop chance?
