Witch hunter is an assasin designed to solo play or small group.
Yet it loses 1v1 matchups vs almost every class in the game except sorc.
rr 80 Tanky mara will maul you
riposte chopper with 9k hp and self heal will KD during parry and outduel you.
Tank magus easily has the health to kite you out.
Shaman
Welf you actually can win sometimes it seems 50 50 tbh
Tanky Dok is either unkillable or will reck you.
cultist cannot be killed solo.
Blorc / Bg / Chosen with some regen and 2h will reck you.
Witch hunter should be renamed sorc killer. Because that is what WH is. It kills sorcs.

There are 2 types of WH players, those that use their re-stealth to run away from a fight, and those that use their re-stealth to quickly get behind you and do another opening burst.
The first kind make up the majority of the WHs in the lakes and are annoying, but not much threat unless they run in packs.
The latter are rare, but are a real challenge to fight and can 1v1 every class in the game.

They are not solo classes, and they have never been solo classes. WH/WE were not intended to be like Warcraft Rogues and Mythic had publicly stated their desire to not bring that type of gameplay to WAR, even though there was some similar stuff (apparently) in DOAC. The stealth mechanic was added very late in development just as an alternative gap closer (trading the charge ability for stealth and self-punt to get in and out). From the get-go, this game has been about the "holy trinity" of combining tanks, DPS and healers.
The further changes to stealth (including second stealth) promoting the solo stealth ganker (or pack stealth ganker) is very much a ROR thing.

Make Blessed blade ignore 50% armor again do the same to Witch elf, keep the other nerfs.

Dps zealot for example considered a much worse solo class, yet I solo fine on one, so if you lose to every class except sorc have you considered that perhaps you don't know how to play WH?
What is your build? Bullets absospam, BAL, TbP, something else? What exactly do you do vs each class? Some examples just looking at what you posted- tanky magus won't kite. Dps dok can't heal if he does do dmg, and with RP+m1 you got 12 sec when dps dok can't do dmg- I have killed dps wps on WE with only m1 just fine. Bg has no defenses until he gets high hate, so he is very killable before that. Etc.

Those are all niche solo specs which become way less useful the second you're talking about any 3v3+ fight, especially when there's a healer in the mix. Most people are not going to play a regen parry mara/choppa etc because then they will be useless in a warband and borderline useless outside of very small scale fights. The vast majority of people you attack from those classes are going to have standard dps buildss and will be perfectly killable.

Dps dok are a mega rarity the roam scene is like 55% Squigh / sham. U can beat one tbh but if they actually go tanky ur parry wont do the trick and they heal to full and u reset or die. They can cleanse bal 2.
