What settings do you use to stream RoR?
I was going to start streaming and was going to use these settings:
Software: OBS
Resolution: 1080p (No Downscale)
FPS: 30 (I was debating 60 FPS, it's what I run on shooters and modern MMOs, but I weirdly get FPS lag on WAR, so I don't know if 60 would look good :-/ )
Bitrate: 4000 kb/s

Re: Twitch Streamers: What Res/FPS do you use to stream?
1 - no point in 4k bitrate until you have partnership on twitch
max - 3500 until partnership
2 - not all ppl can watch 1080p for some reasons etc, so i'd prefer to downscale it to 720p
also it must make less CPU/etc usage for your PC (ofc if you'll not use another PC as "capture PC" ) or just to increase a bit your ingame fps
3 - also check out obs FAQ's page (they finally did it in best way)
https://jp9000.github.io/OBS/settings/e ... tings.html
https://jp9000.github.io/OBS/settings/v ... tings.html
Also, if you're not familiar with streaming at all - check out other FAQ parts
PS, if you don't care about stream overlays and other stuff and you have Nvidia 650 or higher - you can stream via ShadowPlay, this way will be leeess painful for your PC.

The highest resolution I can watch streams is 480p, thank you Germany, country of elite engineers and quick thinkers, takes us only 3 decades to modernize our copper wires.
